Competitions
I’m a former UKBFF/IFBB competitor. I entered numerous competitions but I decided to hang my stage shoes on after I had my beautiful daughter. Fitness stayed in my life throughout my pregnancy and after pregnancy too. However my priorities has changed. I more focus on longevity and health rather than diet hard and stay leaner than normal. But never say never though, right ? 😉
Anyways here are the competitions I entered in the past:
- WPF universe – 2nd place fitness (2011)
- UKBFF north west bodyfitness champion (2012)
- UKBFF British championships 3rd (2012)
- UKBFF National champion (2013)
- IFBB European championships top 12 (2013)
- UKBFF British bodyfitness champion (2013)
- Arnold classic Ohio 4th place (2014)
- English Grand Prix 3rd place (2014)
- Arnold Classic Europe no placing ( 2014)
- Bodypower Usn Classic 3rd place (2015)
- English Grand Prix 2nd place ( 2015)
